Rentals

The Historical Society of Cheshire County has two spaces which are available for rental by individuals and organizations on a space available basis. HSCC is handicapped accessible and parking is available.

Faulkner Room

Conference Room with table seating for 8 to 10 people. Suitable for small group meetings. Capacity with table and chairs: 15.

Rental Rates:

• Non-profit organizations:
  • $50/half-day
  • $100/full-day
  • $20/hour attendant fee when used outside HSCC hours.
• For-profit and private functions:
• $150/half-day
• $300/full-day
• $20/hour attendant fee when used outside HSCC hours

Exhibit Hall

Large meeting room with adjacent kitchen and flexible set-up possibilities for tables and chairs. Capacity: 95 persons at tables and chairs; 150 persons for other configurations. Lobby space is also available when the Society is closed.

• $100/half-day
• $200/full-day
• $20/hour attendant fee when used outside HSCC hours
• For-profit and private functions:
• $200/half-day
• $400/full-day
• $20/hour attendant fee when used outside HSCC hours
